If you reserve a transfer and have to cancel, your refund will depend on the time before the scheduled transfer:
| Notice Given | Refund |
| 1 month or more | 90% refund |
| 2 weeks to 1 month | 75% refund |
| 1 to 2 weeks | 50% refund |
| less than 1 week | no refund |
In case of emergency, we can usually reschedule your trip without penalty.
